Unhealthy food is often a cause of cancer. This you can do to reduce the risk of cancer:
* Do not eat black edges or crusts, like burnt flesh
* Eat no more than 5 times a week red meat
* Drink more than 1 glass of alcohol per day for women and 2 men
* Avoid becoming overweight, including fiber to eat and enough to move
* Eat 2 grams of vegetables per day and 2 pieces of fruit
